The firm was founded by experienced Wall Street professionals that value a production-oriented environment. In 2016, the firm launched its Affiliates Program to provide our broker/dealer infrastructure to capital raising professionals active in hedge fund, private equity, real estate and private placements.

We are eager to meet experienced, proven, high-integrity professionals that have a business plan and a proven ability to execute on that plan. Castle Hill works collaboratively with our affiliates to help them achieve their objectives as well as make available a range of products, services and revenue sources to augment our affiliates’ core business.
Castle Hill provides comprehensive support for our affiliates including legal, compliance, brokerage support, accounting and operational support allowing our partners to focus on their clients and capital raising activities. We offer a competitive and flexible payout structure.
All affiliates are subject to a thorough, yet efficient and transparent onboarding process including background checks, professional and personal reference check, FINRA status review, and due diligence on prospective clients.
The founders of Castle Hill built the firm with collaboration as our central tenant. We host an annual offsite, numerous networking events in Newport, Miami and at our Midtown Manhattan event space and offer a full technology stack for affiliates to efficiently join the platform and collaborate.
