Lindsey launched Phoenix Strategic Capital in Dallas after spending eight years as a placement agent at Profor Advisors where she covered institutional investors globally. While at Profor she successfully raised assets for various hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as sourced and secured capital for private placements. She joined the alternatives industry in 2012 from Morgan Stanley in New York where she worked in the Institutional Fixed Income Division, selling municipal products to hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance companies and banks.
She began her career in 2006 in New York as a registered representative in the Ultra-High Net Worth Division of Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Group. Lindsey graduated cum laude from Tulane University as a Founder’s Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Management with majors in Finance, Accounting and Economics. During the fall semester of her senior year due to Hurricane Katrina, Lindsey studied Finance & Economics at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin. Prior to Katrina, she interned in the Public Finance Division of Morgan Keegan in New Orleans on the new issue syndicate bond desk.
