Morgan is an experienced financial professional with expertise in alternative investment analysis, due diligence and capital raising. Through Divergent Capital Asset Management, an investment and capital advisory firm, Morgan provides alternative investment consulting services to RIA’s, Family Offices and institutions as well as capital raising for emerging asset  managers in select asset classes and co-investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Divergent, Morgan was Head of Investments at Glide Capital, a fund of funds platform, working with wealth managers, Family Offices and institutions to build and manage portfolios of alternative investments. At Glide, Morgan was responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment process, selection of alternative managers in private markets and capital raising. Prior to Glide, Morgan worked for Kawa Capital, an alternative asset manager where he raised capital for the firm’s hedge fund and private placement opportunities. Morgan began his career in Private Wealth Management and previously held positions at Merrill Lynch and Northern Trust.

Morgan holds his Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and is based in Miami, FL.
