Daniel Abilevitz:

Daniel Abilevitz is a trusted capital placement agent with over a decade of experience in banking and finance. Daniel embarked on his professional journey as a Staff Accountant at Eisikovic & Kane LLP, where he gained valuable expertise in tax preparation and auditing. After transitioning to the banking sector in 2013, he took on the role of a Personal Banker at Citibank. Daniel's passion and expertise led him to swiftly ascend to leadership positions, overseeing branches and teams across New York City.

At Citibank, he excelled as a Regional Project Manager. Daniel not only surpassed sales targets but also adeptly managed sizable teams. His accomplishments led him to embrace a new challenge as an Institutional Sales specialist at Citi Global Markets. In this role, he orchestrated video content strategies and harnessed his network to enhance trading volume across various financial sectors including equities, municipals, and commodities.

More recently, Daniel contributed his talents as a Business Relationship Manager at prominent institutions like Santander Bank and JP Morgan Chase. His tenure at Santander was particularly remarkable, with achievements that included surpassing annual targets across lending, deposits, and fees by an impressive margin of over 300% in 2019. Immediately prior to founding Tanzanite Capital Placement, Daniel was the Director of Business Development at Bank of Hope, where he concentrated on originations in commercial real estate lending.

Throughout his career, Daniel's unwavering diligence, genuine enthusiasm for finance, and thirst for knowledge have consistently shone through. He is dedicated to fostering strong connections between investors and organizational leaders, thus having a positive impact on all parties. Daniel graduated from Brooklyn College in 2010 with a B.S. in Accounting. He currently holds his series 7 and 66 licenses.
